hese Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Load Link Dispatching services. By using our website or dispatching services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Service Description

Load Link Dispatching provides:

  • Load searching
  • Rate negotiation
  • Dispatching support
  • Paperwork assistance
  • Carrier setup assistance
  • Communication between drivers and brokers

We act as a third-party dispatching service, not a carrier or broker.


2. Requirements to Use Our Service

To work with us, you must have:

  • Active MC and DOT authority
  • Valid insurance (minimum required coverage)
  • Authority to enter agreements with brokers
  • A functioning truck and legal ability to operate

3. Payments & Fees

  • Fees are based on a percentage of the gross load rate or a flat rate (depending on your plan).
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms.
  • Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of services.

4. No Forced Dispatch

Drivers and carriers ALWAYS have the right to accept or reject any load offer.


5. Responsibilities of the Carrier

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate documents (BOLs, PODs, receipts)
  • Communicate promptly with dispatch
  • Maintain legal compliance with FMCSA regulations
  • Notify us immediately about delays, breakdowns, or issues with loads

6. Responsibilities of Load Link Dispatching

We agree to:

  • Search and negotiate loads on your behalf
  • Provide accurate load details
  • Handle paperwork and broker communication
  • Offer support during normal and extended hours
  • Work in your best interest for high-paying freight

7. Limitation of Liability

Load Link Dispatching is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by brokers, shippers, or receivers
  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Weather-related delays
  • Loss or damage to freight
  • Missed or canceled loads by brokers

Our service is advisory and administrative — you are responsible for the safe and legal transport of freight.


8. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. All outstanding invoices must be paid before termination becomes effective.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s business information confidential.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and your operating state.
